‘PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie’ Review: The Plucky Pups Get a Super-Powered Sequel

In this follow-up to PAW PATROL: MOVIE, PAW PATROL: THE MIGHTY MOVIE chronicles the exploits of the PAW Patrol puppies. When a mystery meteor strikes, the squad of dogs is protecting Adventure City. Crystals found inside the meteor give each pup a different superpower. The puppies decide to refer to themselves as “The Mighty Pups” in honor of their increased power. They help civilians and rescue lives by utilizing their new superpowers. Two crooks, however, intend to take the crystals and use them for their own personal benefit. Skye takes a self-centered choice that could put them all in danger when she loses her crystal. Can The Mighty Pups work as a team to catch the bad guys?

All ages will enjoy the entertaining, action-packed film PAW PATROL: THE MIGHTY MOVIE. It has a strong moral perspective that emphasizes generosity, bravery, and the value of family. It does contain some cartoon-style action and danger moments as well as a scene about an abandoned dog that may distress younger viewers. In the end, THE MIGHTY MOVIE is successful in demonstrating that true power comes from caring for others, sharing, and having a strong family.

Foul Language: No foul language, characters say “my goodness” a few times, there are a few bathroom jokes, and criminals escape prison through the bottom of a toilet that one criminal calls a “surprise”

Violence: The movie is full of light action like fighting fires, stopping runaway vehicles, saving sinking ships, there are many scenes of peril, but they all end with the pups coming out on top, the criminals trick one pup, and she loses her powers (this scene could be intense for young viewers), and the villains’ lair could scare younger viewer.

A burglar in a mask steals a magnet from a junkyard outside of Adventure City in the first scene. The owners ask the PAW Patrol canines to assist in saving them after the burglar causes a fire at the junkyard. The PAW Patrol squad is introduced in the film, including Chase, Marshall, Skye, Zuma, Liberty, Rubble, and Rocky.

In the end, Skye succeeds in saving the proprietors of the junkyard. Skye later has insecurity due to the fact that she is the smallest pup in the pack. Their human buddy Ryder assures Skye that it is not a matter of the pup’s size.

The magnet’s thief is making online announcements about her plans to utilize it to lure a mystery meteor to her scientist lair. The PAW Patrol’s headquarters in Adventure City are ultimately destroyed by the meteor after her experiment goes awry. Skye finds crystals that enable her to fly and have super strength within the mysterious meteor while studying it.

Each of the PAW Patrol puppies, including Skye, is given a crystal that bestows a special superpower corresponding to their skill set. Liberty, however, is the only canine that is unable to comprehend her power.

As a result of their increased power, they choose the moniker “The Mighty Pups.” The puppies help residents of Adventure City and save lives using their newly acquired skills. The puppies had no idea that two thieves are planning to take every crystal and use them for their own selfish advantage. Skye takes a selfish choice that could endanger the pups all when she misplaces her crystal.

Will The Mighty Pups be able to band together to stop the pair of criminals?

The adventure film PAW PATROL: THE MIGHTY MOVIE is thrilling and morally upright. The Mighty Movie can be viewed by families without worrying about an agenda or immorality. Family, sharing with people we love, courage, and doing the right thing are all strongly emphasized in it. Skye comes to the conclusion that it is preferable to be unselfish than selfish.

Nevertheless, some viewers may find it upsetting to see some scenes of puppies in danger or showing a shelter puppy alone. The film has no foul language, with the exception of one or two potty jokes. In the end, PAW PATROL: THE MIGHTY MOVIE is a family-friendly animated adventure film.
